Exchange Policy
We only offer an exchange in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- You received a defective or damaged product
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
No Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Products can only be exchanged if they are wrong, defective, or damaged.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must have its original packaging and tags
- You must provide your order details
- Clear pictures or video proof of the wrong or defective product may be required
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver orders through PostEx across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.
